How do I create a profile?
Create your profile by clicking HERE
Once you are signed in please add your billing information and sign our electronic waiver.
To add your billing information:
1. Tap on “Payment Methods”
2. Tap on “+ Add New Card”
3. Please add your billing information, then click “save”.
To sign our electronic waiver:
1. Tap the alert at the top of your dashboard that says “Complete a waiver before your next visit”
2. Then tap “sign now”
3. Our waiver will be emailed to you via Docusign, just open your email to sign.
How do I redeem the Trial Offer?
Once you have created your profile (Please make sure your credit card is on file).
Email: firstname.lastname@example.org to indicate when you would like your 2 week trial to begin. Your trial will be attached to your account.
How do I find out if there is a Promotion running?
Check our website and follow us on social media to stay connected to what’s up.
How do I purchase a pass or plan?
A profile must be created first before a pass or plan can be purchased. However, passes and plans can be purchased directly through your profile or through quick links on our website.
How do I register for class?
Once your profile is completed on front desk. You sign into your profile and register directly into the class of your choice. If a class is full, there is an option to waitlist. You will receive an email confirmation once you have enrolled into the class.
What if I need to cancel?
If you are unable to attend, you must sign into your profile and cancel. **Please see terms and conditions for cancellation windows/no shows and fees.
