Alanna officially joined the Strive coaching team and is off to a great start. Alanna’s main sport growing up was long distance running and sprinting? She has a degree in kinesiology, human anatomy, and will be continuing with her masters in kinesiology, exercise science, and health promotion. Having spent so much time outdoors as an athlete and bringing a positive team mindset to every sweat session, Alanna strives to empower others to embrace wellness and fitness into their lifestyle
Camilo joined the Strive Coaching team last summer and has been a staple in the Athletic House since. Camilo is a professional sprinter, trainer and classical musician. He trained with the Olympic track & field team in Colombia and appears regularly as a Clarinetist with the Toronto Symphony Orchestra. With over a decade of experience as a trainer and a true life athlete, Camilo’s mind-over-matter attitude motivates the home team, sharing his passion as head coach at Strive Life to achieve high performance in every area of his life
Born and raised in the tight knit northern city of Sault Ste. Marie, Ontario, Ryan was fortunate to grow up in ‘the soo’ with an outdoor rink in his backyard, as a result his love for hockey and passion for the sport set him on a journey across different cities in Canada playing Junior, being a Varsity Athlete at both the University of Windsor and St. Clair College and eventually to Europe where Ryan played Professionally in France’s Elite Ligue Magnus.
Born and raised on Vancouver Island, Martin has been outside playing sports his whole life. Starting with swimming, soccer, snowboarding and basketball, he then fell in love with Beach Volleyball. Since the age of 17 Martin has 4 National titles, 2 Continental titles and ultimately a 17th place finish at the 2012 London Olympics.
