Our programming on movement and conditioning is based on a combined 20+ years in high performance athletic training. We’ve taken those experiences and created a safe, scalable team training environment that is geared towards building you up in a positive and supportive environment that will inevitably support your life as a whole.
GROUP ATHLETIC TRAINING
The ATHLETIC HOUSE is home for our growing team of Life Athletes. With a 20 person
maximum for each class, our workouts are designed to focus on quality movements
that will support your other life activities outside of the Athletic House. Our team of
experienced Coaches ensure that you consistently get the most out of every class.
Each week, we redesign the Energy Circuit, Athletic Tabata, and Hybrid classes
to keep you feeling challenged.

BURN – SUPER SET
Energy Circuit style is all about the muscular pump. Intentional back to back exercises make for an intense full body burn.
CARDIO – CIRCLE SET
Energy Circuit style gets your heart rate flying. Spread out exercises challenge your cardiovascular system for a fast paced workout that will have you breathing heavy and sweating hard.
GRIND – STRAIGHT SET
Tabata style is an athletic test of mental strength and endurance. Grind through a full sequence of exercises for a killer full body sweat.
POWER – SPLIT SET
Tabata style encourages fast paced movements and athletic transitions with our shortest work periods. The split sets with a short team set in between makes for a high yield dynamic workout.
EXPLOSIVE – OPENER
Hybrid style leads off with a dynamic team Power Tabata followed by two Burn Energy Circuits.
STAMINA – CLOSER
Hybrid style leads off with two Cardio Energy Circuits and closes with a team Grind Tabata.
