WELCOME TO STRIVE

We understand that you may be stepping out of your comfort zone and it is intimidating but THE STRIVE METHOD has been designed to offer you the safest, most responsible and results based group training option available.

Our classes will have you feeling great and strangely energized. The team environment will push you just enough to leave you wanting to come back for more.

Our experienced coaches will be with you and the team every step of the way- demonstrating, instructing and educating.
We have 3 different class styles and 7 different formats, all of which are re-designed weekly so you will never do the same workout twice.

Strive Classes are a mix of Movement and HIIT Conditioning.

BEFORE CLASS

WHAT I NEED

Buy a Starter Pass or Membership and book a spot to begin

Arrive early, check in with your coach and get prepped for the Pre Class Chalk talk, no secrets or suprised, just a good honest sweat.

DURING CLASS

LET'S DO THIS

All you need are your work out clothes and your kicks. We’ve got everything else covered.

Bring a sweat towel or purchase one in the Athletic House.

Bring a water bottle.

AFTER CLASS

NOW WHAT

You’re going to sweat and feel great, we have private showers to freshen up.
