We work in 7 minute timed blocks, 1 primary movement paired with an accessory movement, there will be time to rest and recover in order to repeat 3 sets at each of the 4 stations. This is Strength Training Toronto. We will be working on all the primary movements squats, lunges, deadlifts, pushes, pulls and core with a full body focus on strength training incorporating reps and weights. Using barbells, hex bars, kettlebells, dumbbells, landmines,  Class is 50 minutes and open to anyone looking to improve their strength and conditioning in Toronto in a supportive inclusive fitness Toronto environment.
