This class will be unlike anything we’ve ever offered before. Strive Strength is all about functional Strength and training like an athlete. We work in 7 minute timed blocks, 1 primary movement paired with an accessory movement, there will be time to rest and recover in order to repeat 3 sets at each of the 4 stations. Like our HIIT classes any exercise we prescribe has progressions, regressions and modifications so there is no criteria to start.
We will be working on all the primary movements squats, lunges, deadlifts, pushes, pulls and core with a full body focus on strength training incorporating reps and weights. Using barbells, hex bars, kettlebells, dumbbells, landmines, Class is 50 minutes and open to anyone looking to improve their strength in a supportive inclusive environment.
