Mobility and Recovery Classes

Mobility and Recovery 2 things that are so important in life and for performance. This is also the first thing that is neglected. When done consistently and with intention incorporating this into your routine will help to keep you injury free and prepped for your next training session.


This class is all about improving mobility, increasing body awareness and focusing on Recovery so that you can get the most out of each and every HIIT and STRENGTH workout. 


Using Lacrosse balls, resistance bands and foam rollers. We will be going head to toe, working joint by joint to increase mobility, improve recovery. Targeting feet, ankles, calves, quads, hamstrings, hips, glutes, thoracic spine, lats, chest, shoulders and neck.
