HIGH INTENSITY INTERVAL TRAINING (HIIT) CLASSES

We have 4 class styles (Energy Circuit, Tabata, Hybrid and HIIT 4 in 1)

8 class formats with different Work to Rest Ratios to challenge your conditioning

You won’t get bored of the same movements because we reselect the exercises each week to keep things fresh, every exercise we prescribe has progressions and regressions so there is no criteria to getting started.

We’ve created a safe and responsible training environment, we present scalable movements options for all levels, BEGINNER – ADVANCED, to continue to move and improve.
