Our Philosophy

Our programming on movement and conditioning is based on 21+ years in high performance Athletic Training. We’ve taken those experiences and created a safe, scalable team training environment that is geared towards building you up in a positive way. Our experienced Coaches guide you through each session where you will learn how to move better, improve your mobility, shift your mindset & achieve the goals that you have set out for yourself!

CLASS STYLES

ENERGY CIRCUITS

BURN - A Strive Favourite. Muscular Pump and Conditioning Burn. Back to Back Exercises in a Super Set Style Circuit. 3 Segments - 8 rounds each: 24 Rounds TOTAL - 40s work & 10s rest. Workout ends with a Core Circuit.

SHRED
- Our longest working set. 3 segments - 8 rounds each: 24 Rounds TOTAL - 45s on and 10s off. Demands both strength and endurance. Workout ends with a Core Circuit.

HYBRID

EXPLOSIVE - Dynamic 16 Round Team Burst Tabata working for 20s & resting for 10s. Follows up with two 8 Round Segments of our Shred Energy Circuit of 45s work & 10s rest. Challenges your conditioning. Workout ends with a Core Circuit.

STAMINA
- A Strive favourite. 3 segments starting off with Two 8 Round Burn Energy Circuits working for 40s & resting for 10s. 3rd and final Segment is 16 Rounds of Team Grind Tabata of 25s work & 10s rest. 32 rounds TOTAL. Perfect combination to push your stamina. Workout ends with a Core Circuit.

BURST - Our shortest work to rest ratio : 20s of work & 10s of rest. A fast paced workout & a true emphasis on recovery. 6 Round Team Set in the middle to make for a High Yield Dynamic Workout. Workout ends with a Core Circuit.

GRIND
- Athletic Test of Mental Strength & Endurance. Working for 25s & resting for 10s. Extra 5s per Tabata round adds up as you Grind Through 36 Rounds of a Full Range of Movements. Workout ends with a Core Circuit.

HIIT 4 IN 1

PEAK - All our classes in one. Starts with an Energy Circuit of 16 rounds TOTAL repeating each movement 4x at 30s on & 10s off. Core Circuit has 10 movements. Workout closes with a Team style Hybrid Tabata of 20s work & 10s rest. 42 rounds TOTAL. Ends with 2-3 mobility movements.

FORCE
- All our classes in one. Starts off with an Energy Circuit Segment of 16 rounds TOTAL repeating each movement 4x at 25s on & 10s off. Core Circuit has 12 movements. Workout closes with a Team style Hybrid Tabata of 20s work & 10s rest. 44 rounds TOTAL. Ends with 2-3 mobility movements.
