The ATHLETIC HOUSE is home for anyone who wants to move better and improve their conditioning in a safe, scalable environment. Rated one of top studios in Toronto for group training classes. Since 2013 Strive has been built on the foundation of an inclusive community, experienced coaching and our signature Strive Method that ensures quality and consistency so that you can get the most out of every class. We are different because we have redefined group training, we are Future-Proofing Fitness – we focus on longevity and we care about providing you with the tools to be fit for life.

We have 3 class styles, 7 class formats and we reselect the exercises each week to keep things fresh.  

  • Expect a full body workout
  • Intentional warmup
  • HIIT Conditioning

  • Using body weight, slam balls, kettle bells, dumb bells, chains, hurdles, hexes, boxes, bands

ANDREA’S STORY

 

Andrea became a Strive member in March 2016. She was going to the gym regularly & ate healthy but needed MOTIVATION…

 

“I NEEDED TO MAKE CHANGES IN ORDER TO REDISCOVER MY BEST SELF.”

 

She wasn’t in a great place in her personal life, her self-love was at an all-time low, and Andrea was craving change. After her first class she was hooked and knew that this was the place that was going to help get her back to a healthy body and healthy mind.

 

Her STRIVE journey has taught her to be proud of her body… Strive also introduced Andrea to Additional Nutritional​ which helped her with her diet and eating regimen.

Andrea’s Numbers:

Today, Andrea has lost a total of 12 pounds – counting​ & 15 inches​ (measured from chest, waist, hips, thigh, calf, bicep) – counting!

 

Biggest Accomplishments:
  • Increased Confidence
  • The Box Jump – Took a Year
  • Progressed from Baby Chain to the Boss Chain
  • Increased Speed and Agility in Conditioning Exercises (i.e.: Hurdle & Hex)
2018 Biggest Obstacle:

  • Push Ups (can currently do 2 – Goal is to do 5 Full Range)
