The ATHLETIC HOUSE is home for anyone who wants to move better and improve their conditioning in a safe, scalable environment. Rated one of top studios in Toronto for group training classes. Since 2013 Strive has been built on the foundation of an inclusive community, experienced coaching and our signature Strive Method that ensures quality and consistency so that you can get the most out of every class. We are different because we have redefined group training, we are Future-Proofing Fitness – we focus on longevity and we care about providing you with the tools to be fit for life.

We have 3 class styles, 7 class formats and we reselect the exercises each week to keep things fresh.
